Official news and notices from the development

There are repeated problems with residents placing rubbish in the wheelie bins outside certain of the buildings, which then overflow and bags are ripped open by seagulls, with the result that rubbish is scattered around the site.

All residents are reminded that there is NO NEED to place your own rubbish outside the buildings. Please use the bin rooms that are situated on each floor of every building.

Also please ensure that you recycle as much as possible. Green recycling bags are provided free of charge by Cardiff Council and rolls are left in all of the bin rooms. These can be left with other non-recyclable rubbish and the caretaking staff will ensure they are moved into the correct containers for collection.

Recycling helps to hold down all of our Council Tax as recyclable materials are sold by the council, whereas general non-recyclable rubbish costs the council for it's disposal.

Please help to keep Victoria Wharf tidy by NOT placing your own rubbish in the bins outside!
